2 grab bars.  I had previously installed another five years ago so knew process.  In trying to fill with adhesive, the holes were improperly drilled--not large enough, causing adhesive to go everywhere but where it should have.  
Company charged me a further $50 for the replacements, when they should have been covered.

Was very disappointed that the original mounting only lasted a year and I had to pay 75% of the original cost of the grab bar to replace the mounts

One of the mounts didn’t hold. Had to reorder mount which was time and money.  The replacement mount worked as advertised and the grab bar is now mount. I am that first mount was defective
