After deciding that my husband and I weren't looking forward to having holes drilled in new tile after an extensive bath remodel we started searching for alternatives. The LOXX robe hooks fit the bill perfectly. The install kit had everything, and the included directions were very easy to follow. Love the product and the way they look!

5 of 5 Replacement of damaged product. June 5, 2020

I found some minor damage to the shipping container and to one of the three boxes containing the hooks. I unboxed everything against a day when I might install them.
When that day came, I discovered a blemish on one hook - it had the finish chipped off.  The exceptional customer service in response is absolutely second to none.
The hook was immediately replaced - I think even within the hour - and I am immensely impressed!  I recognize the difference between grudging service and true customer oriented service - this was among the best I have seen!  I know the company would have preferred an outcome free of issues, where the product was delivered in perfect condition and performed exactly as or better than described.  When that expectation was not exactly met, they responded very quickly to mitigate the minor damage that had occurred.  No questioning, no doubts, just “how can we help?” Thanks for a great product, and especially for great customer service!

the product works great. would be a 5 star if customer service was better.  I purchased 4 of these items, and have them installed/mounted in my large walk in shower, and which none are directly in the spray of water. they are on the tile walls to hang towels and clothing on while showering.  3 have been great, however 1 of them, the bronze peeled off. requested a replacement. was told they weren't meant for the shower. There is NOT one mention of this on their website or on the product description. Said I could get a new one for $5 and $10 in shipping charge.  For a product that I paid $50 for less than a year ago.  Even in their extended info about the product, it states by using the no drill mount, it "prevents water damage behind wall".   why would it need to prevent water damage behind walls if it weren't meant for moist, damp, wet installing????

At first I was skeptical about how well they would hold on the new ceramic tile.  They did great for the bath towels so I ordered more for inside the shower.  We use them for hanging wet bathing suits and wash clothes.  This is the only way to go, no more drilling for me.

5 of 5 Eliminated Drilling Into New Ceramic Tile July 11, 2019

After a bath remodel the last thing I wanted was to drill into the new ceramic tile to place bath fixtures.  We needed hooks for the bath towels outside the walking shower.  The LOXX Robe Hooks did the job!  They were easy to install and they look great.

We needed a solution for finding a way to get a towel hook close to the glass shower enclosure we just completed on remodeling this 1893 home. After all our care and design, we dropped the ball on accommodating the customers needs, until we found "No Drilling Required." I am going to be honest, I was a bit skeptical. It arrived early, installed so easy. And our customer is super happy. Plus the cost was very reasonable.

The most awesome product ! Had bathroom remodeled, no room for traditional towel bars. Decided to give the robe hooks a try. Installed on our Corian shower walls inside the shower ( because it's big)! Holds the bath towels great, looks great and easy to install.
