Very difficult to insert the tip of the adhesive applicator into the central opening in the mounting bracket. The adhesive went in all directions and even then I could not get it to fill the space where it was intended to occupy.

My husband needed to have grab bars added to our large cultured marble walk-in shower since he became unsteady on his feet due to illness.  I was concerned that we would have to hire someone to drill into the cultured marble to install the grab bar.  Thank goodness for NoDrillingRequired.  It was easy enough for me to do and is very solidly installed.  My husband finds it a great addition to his safety in the shower.

Product is fine, but I am not pleased with the sales gimmick of telling me that "shipping is free on sales over $99" (which my order certainly was), only to find out at the check-out that the lowest shipping charge available to me was $66.44!

With all the methodical, good things you've done in supplying the parts to the grab bar, I
don't understand how you use a tape (red) to secure the chrome bezels to the end plate that is extremely difficult to remove.  After hard rubbing with a wet sponge that removed the tape there was still adhesive residue that could only be removed with Goo Gone.  A better tape needs to be found, maybe something from 3M like the painter's tape.
