I ordered 5 of these. I had our handyman install them in the shower. 2 18in, 2 24in, and 1 42in. The 42in bar fell off immediately when I used it lightly for support. I contacted the company who looked at the picture and couldn’t find anything wrong with the way it was installed. I wanted to return it but the company sent me a kit to reinstall and charged me a shipping fee. Second time it was installed it came off again while my handicapped husband was using it for support. This time we had to go to the ER with a deep cut on his face and back along with a CT scan. The company wouldn’t consider there was something wrong with the product and insisted it was the installation or the wall that had a problem? That they wouldn’t take it back because of hygiene? I understand a no return policy but if your product that was bought for safety and support has caused injury you should do the right thing!
