The instructions were easy to follow and the caddies really support decent weight.  I installed them a few weeks ago and they are still securely in place.

Product was received on a timely basis.  The alcohol rub was missing but not a problem.  Got it attached to shower with little problem.  If this one stays up as well as a previous one in another home did, I will be most happy.  And besides it looks nice as well.

After trying 2 other (high end) brands of shower caddy, both of which after numerous attempts of doing all the right things to get them to stay up in our tiled shower, I ordered this product in sheer frustration. Yes, it is much more expensive, but it works. Using the video made it simple to install. It's attractive and holds a lot of bottles.

This item was one of three purchased at the same time.
The high quality of the Caddy is marred by the absence of adhesive and cleaning wipes necessary to install the products. When opened, the one wipe provided turned out to be dry.
