Shipping was super fast. We love this product. We originally found out it when redid a bathroom and he didn't want to drill into brand new tile. It is the best, we have used the ADA rails as I need them. The company is the best any questions they answer right away. I tell people about the product all the time.

I watched the video and noticed the demonstrator did not use a level before fixing the caddy. I recently installed one and it was only after i stepped back did i notice the caddy was not level.i now have to redo the job and have the hassle of finding the adhesive tube that comes in the kit.

The quality of the product is wonderful! It is unfortunate that this particular shelf, although mounted level has a tendency to pitch forward when you add your shampoos, etc. I don't even have nearly the weight on it as advertised that it would hold.

I have had the 2 shelf Draad shower caddy installed in the new master bathroom for about a month and really like it.  I wanted another caddy for the upstairs bath, and bought this single shelf version of the same caddy.  We have ceramic tile in this bath/shower, and I had been using a suction cup style plastic shower shelf, which occasionally releases and falls off the wall, dropping all our bath supplies into the tub.  Ugh!    The Draad chrome shelf looks so much nicer in the bath/shower stall, and offers quite a bit of storage space.   Very happy with the shower caddies!
