Great product but your invoicing is not clear. I got charged after the fact for Duty and Brokerage. This should have been part of your shipping charges. Made the whole transaction too expensive.

I purchased this product through Amazon in the past. We are building a new house and wanted to purchase again, however it's not available on Amazon. I purchased directly through your website. Unfortunately, the shipping costs into Canada are not fully disclosed when you make your purchase. UPS charged a hefty duty and brokerage charge to ship into Canada. I paid way more than expected and would probably not made the purchase had I been aware. I give the product a 5 Star for quality and practicality, and the cost to ship a 1 star. Therefore 3 stars total.

Outstanding. A true winner. This is my 4th 'die wider bohren' purchase. Anyone who drills behind a ceramic wall that might have water pipes or even electric wires is both foolish and irresponsible akin in my opinion to Russian Roulette. Plus buying direct from Innovative Product Sales is cheaper, faster and with a better section than my local mega-home repair store or on the Internet. I know of no other domestic or international product with these 'no drilling' and ease of installation features.

I did not want a caddy that hung from the shower arm; this was the perfect solution.  To keep the area looking neat, I placed this caddy on the wall at the end of the tub away from the shower.  Based on other reviewers and the instructions included, I took great care to make sure that the installation would be a success.  My tiles in the shower have a sealant applied, so I used a soft nail file buffer to rub the area, cleaned off the area with soap and water, used the alcohol swab included in package, let it dry for a half hour, applied the anchors to the tiles, then let them set for about 20 hours (instead of 12 hours), installed caddy and let it set for another 24 hours before placing the heaviest shampoo bottle I have (over 3 pounds).  So far, after a week, everything is still attached to the wall.  Love the look and space this caddy has to offer.
