Wonderful customer service and excellent product August 31, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Keystone Heights, FL United States   When I realized that one small part had been left out of my package for the DRAAD shower caddy, I called customer service for assistance.  Despite it being quite some time since my original order (due to circumstances beyond my control), the customer service representative was more than helpful and exceeded my expectations in every way.   I subsequently installed the shower caddy, and it is absolutely perfect.   It is a wonderful product.
